Lola Aje, LPC-A

Associate Clinician

I believe you are more capable of change than you may realize, and sometimes all it takes is the right space, the right support, and the courage to begin. You deserve to heal, grow, and thrive, and I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore

who you are, understand the experiences that have shaped you, and move toward the life you want with

clarity and confidence. Growth begins when we embrace the truth and take that first courageous step

forward.

I’m passionate about supporting the people I serve as they navigate major life transitions in identity,

relationships, career, and sense of self. Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy carrying

anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, or a deep sense of feeling stuck. Together, we’ll make sense of

what’s getting in the way, build emotional awareness, and strengthen your capacity for meaningful,

lasting change. I serve adults, couples, and families, offering guidance rooted in empathy, curiosity, and

respect.

My therapeutic approach is nurturing and collaborative, while also direct and insight oriented. I integrate

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered techniques, and trauma informed care to help you

develop practical tools for healing, resilience, and self-discovery.

My clinical experience spans intensive outpatient programs, college counseling, private practice, and

community mental health settings. These experiences shaped my belief that healing is a collaborative

process, and you do not need to navigate emotional pain alone. Healing and growth are always within

reach.
